The spiral cables are manufactured with a high industrial quality, are tested to 100,000 guaranteed cycles and are suitable for operation in rough conditions. Strong retraction and long extension lengths guarantee a long life. The extension factor is four times that of the spiral length (SL).
Thanks to a special coating-mix the spiral cables are resilient to microbes, hydrolysis and almost all mineral oils. Furthermore the spiral cables are stable to UV and are free of halogens.
Material is PUR/PUR black, thread-colors according to DIN 47100:
3-core = brown, white, green
4-core = brown, white, green, yellow
5-core = brown, white, green, yellow, grey
6-core = brown, white, green, yellow, grey, pink
